Lake Meadows Farm is close to downtown Minneapolis but in the heart of horse country. We are a family owned and run business, specializing in the breeding and training of dressage horses. We are located off C  R-24, in Baker Park, on the trails.

Newly purchased at Lake Meadows Farm is a lovely, young Dutch Warmblood mare, whom you will see in 2012 show rings. She will also be a great addition to our breeding program. Lake Meadows is also home to Fahrenheit by Furioso +//, who is branded Oldenburg, and being shown at 3rd and 4th level. Mahogany's Gem +/ aka Ameka, our broodmare, is bred to a a warmblood and due early 2012. She loves life at her new home. Caps Contender has been doing well this show season, at training and 1st level. At his last show, on July 9-10, 2011, all his scores were 70% or better. We also have a quarter/thoroughbred, for fun and friends.

The Lake Meadows facility has a regulation size indoor arena with updated footing. All fencing is white vinyl three rail, with separate paddocks and four pastures, half with shade. Paddocks and stalls have automatic waterers. Stalls are 12' X 12', all rubber matted, with windows and fans. Barn and indoor arena temperature is maintained at 75 degrees in summer, 55 degrees in winter. Minnesota weather isn't so bad at Lake Meadows! We also us fly predators, from Spalding. The only flies to be found at Lake Meadows are deer and horseflies.
